Summer. My favorite time of year.
I've finally got my wardrobe down to the essentials.
I'm running low on money, so I'm trying to only spend on what I absolutely need.
So far, my wardrobe for the summer days are:
-Oxfords (like the blue button down in the set)
-Cardigans (these are a must for me. most people know me for my cardigans.)
-Crochet tops, sweaters, toms, etc.
-Lace tops, sweaters, etc.
-Floral tops, cardigans, etc.
-Toms (I have four pairs. Absolutely adore them.)
-Nude and Neutral colors (gray, camel, black, white, cream, beige, baby pink, etc.)
-Moccasins (fringe ones, preferably.)
-High waisted shorts
-Braided bracelets
-PEARLS. (my obsession.)
And that's just about all. For beauty I have kept it simple for summer. Here is what I wear:
-Covergirl Naturelux foundation (number 320. Only wear it where I need it.)
-Almay Clear Complexion Pressed Powder (on my T-zone.)
-Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner in Black (very thin line only on the outer edge of eyes)
-Covergirl LashBlast Waterproof Mascara in Black (two thin coats on bottom and top lashes)
-Benefit Benetint (on my cheeks and as a lipstain)
-Softlips Chapstick (cherry flavored)
That's all. I know it seems like a lot, but I'm not going swimming and to the beach everyday, I just wear this on a regular basis if I'm going out shopping or to the movies.
Many of you may not exactly care about all this, but a few did ask for my summer essentials and here they are! (this is also for future reference, in case I forget.)
And lastly, my current obsessions are:
-PEARLS. (I believe they are a woman's best friend. Fuck diamonds. Pearls are so classy.)
-Frosted Flakes
-Colors: Coral, seafoam green, beige, and peach.
-Coffee
-Tea
-Empire of the sun (walking on a dream<3)
-The beach (always. I left my heart there, buried in the sand and waves.)
-My Lovely Boyfriend.
